TRX Training
One day at the gym I was looking for something different to
do that I have never tried. I noticed the TRX Suspension Trainer and decided to
try it out. I did a 45 minute workout performing several different exercises
and was really happy with what I saw. This workout system allows you to train
using your own bodyweight and control the level of difficulty. And a great
aspect of the TRX Suspension Trainer is that you can alter the level of
difficulty just by adjusting your body positioning.
